Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat flatbread or pita round
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
- 2 Tbsp. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. marinated or grilled artichoke hearts
- red bell peppers (to taste)
- marinated sundried tomatoes or tomato paste (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- dried herb or rosemary mixture (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp. herbed or olive oil mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions:
- Spread avocado onto flatbread on both sides.
- Layer on ingredients. Fold flatbread over and enjoy!
