Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream or crema mexicana
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Drizzle over cooked beef, chicken or seafood. Great condiment to serve with tacos or with fresh cut vegetables.
