Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup light sour cream or crema mexicana
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
- Drizzle over cooked beef, chicken or seafood. Great condiment to serve with tacos or with fresh cut vegetables.
