Spicy Chipotle Guacamole

Recipe Description:

One of our hotter guacamole recipes, this spicy chipotle guacamole recipe combines the slow burn of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce with sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and of course, avocados.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2/3 cup fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions:

  1. Coarsely mash the avocados.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix lightly and serve immediately.

Notes & Tips:

Serve with warm tortilla chips.
