Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, packed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
