Ingredients:

  • For the Smoothie Bowls:

  • 2 cups unsweetened frozen berries of choice, divided
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • For Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • Diced or sliced avocado (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Divide into two bowls and sprinkle toppings, dividing evenly. Enjoy immediately.

Notes & Tips:

This recipe would be delicious with other types of milk too. Store and freeze washed, peeled, pitted and diced avocado in a resealable bag for nutritious, blender-ready smoothie bowls any time of day.
