For the Smoothie Bowls:
- 2 cups unsweetened frozen berries of choice, divided
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
For Toppings:
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- Diced or sliced avocado (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Divide into two bowls and sprinkle toppings, dividing evenly. Enjoy immediately.
