Sweet and Simple Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter half and half
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 oz. honey
  • 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled

Instructions:

  1. Warm milk, sugar and honey in sauce pan.
  2. Remove avocado from skin and dice into small pieces.
  3. Add avocado to milk mixture and puree in blender.
  4. Follow the instructions on your ice cream maker to freeze and finish.

Notes & Tips:

Serve a scoop of ice cream with strawberries and almond brittle.
