Ingredients:
- 1 liter half and half
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 oz. honey
- 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
Instructions:
- Warm milk, sugar and honey in sauce pan.
- Remove avocado from skin and dice into small pieces.
- Add avocado to milk mixture and puree in blender.
- Follow the instructions on your ice cream maker to freeze and finish.
