Ingredients:
- 1 small whole wheat tortilla
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/4 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and finely sliced
- 1/4 medium-sized Granny Smith apple, finely sliced
Instructions:
- Spread peanut butter on tortilla.
- Place avocado slices on top.
- Place thinly sliced apples on top and roll the tortilla up.
Notes & Tips:
Substitute peanut butter with almond butter or any other nut butters.
