Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 10 leaves Bibb or green leaf lettuce
- 6 slices (about 3 ounces) turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled Cotija or Feta cheese
Instructions:
- Roll lettuce leaves around avocado, sliced turkey and cheese, dividing evenly. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
