Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 10 leaves Bibb or green leaf lettuce
  • 6 slices (about 3 ounces) turkey breast
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled Cotija or Feta cheese

Instructions:

  1. Roll lettuce leaves around avocado, sliced turkey and cheese, dividing evenly. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
