Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 large flatbread (16-inch length)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sautéed
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mash avocado and mix together with garlic and lime juice.
- Spread mashed avocado evenly over flatbread and top with shredded cheese and mushrooms.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, as desired.
- Bake at 400 F for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese has melted and edges of flatbread are toasted. Slice and enjoy.
