Ingredients:
- 1 large Portobello mushroom cap, stem removed
- 1/2 tsp olive oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, and sliced or mashed
- Fresh rosemary leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (or preheat a grill to medium-high heat).
- Brush the Portobello cap lightly with olive oil (optional) and place it on a baking sheet or grill grate.
