Get ready for the creamiest guacamole you’ve ever tasted! This smooth and velvety dip blends ripe avocados with your favorite hot sauce for just the right amount of heat. Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled (about 8 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free (0%) Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 whole pitted black olives

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
  2. Gently fold in yogurt, cilantro, garlic, salt, and hot sauce.
  3. Place the sour cream in a small plastic bag or piping bag.
  4. Cut a small tip of the bag and pipe a spiral in the center of the guacamole to create a spiderweb.
  5. Use a toothpick or knife to drag lines from the center outward to complete the spiderweb effect.
  6. Slice the black olives and arrange them on the web to form a spider.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or as a fun Halloween side.
  8. To store, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate.
