Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe, fresh avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup fresh, white goat cheese, finely crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Coarsely mash avocados.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Notes & Tips:

Serve with colorful chips or vegetables.
