Sweet mango and pineapple give a tropical twist to this delicious guacamole dip recipe made with fresh avocados.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced (If fresh pineapple is unavailable, you can use canned pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced (if fresh mango is unavailable, you can use frozen mango)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Place tomato, jalapeño, pineapple, mango, onion and salt in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.
  2. Add avocado and lime juice and stir gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or chill.

Notes & Tips:

Serve with pita or tortilla chips or on burgers or grilled chicken.
