Ingredients:
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced (If fresh pineapple is unavailable, you can use canned pineapple)
- 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced (if fresh mango is unavailable, you can use frozen mango)
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Instructions:
- Place tomato, jalapeño, pineapple, mango, onion and salt in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.
- Add avocado and lime juice and stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill.
